It was a great trip, the only issue I have (for the second time) is that I was given a butane bottle that cannot be refilled easily, which is a problem since we were renting it during cold season and using it more than just for cooking. This is something that concerns me for future rentals.

The experience has been relatively comfortable, but regarding check-in and delivery, they should provide more information about how they evaluate the vehicle, and also give detailed written information on how to operate the camper, such as how to charge it with electricity, water, etc. Other than that, it was good.

Thank you very much, especially for the good service we received both at check-in and check-out. Nowadays, it is not common to receive service with a good smile and kindness. The van was especially well-equipped and well-maintained.

"Our experience with Indie Campers has been very good. The motorhome was in perfect condition and clean, and the pick-up and return process was simple and efficient. However, we believe that the premium kit could include more extras to make the experience even better. Things like more toilet paper, toilet tablets, garbage bags, cloths, dish soap, and some additional kitchen utensils would have been very helpful. Still, we enjoyed the trip a lot and would repeat with Indie Campers."

We got set back three days due to a dead malfunctioning battery. We contacted support and they agreed we would receive a refund for the lost time. As long as this is honoured we are happy with our experience.
