If I do the experience again, I will take a smaller van without a shower. Some features did not work (I have already sent photos and comments) but did not hinder the stay in any way.
However, it is not fair to write “no damage” on the rental contract when the van has interior and exterior defects. ...

It was absolutely perfect. I've got all the informations i need and the vehicle was exactly as expected. Great advises and explanations by the friendly scottish/french guy when picking up the van.

It might be interesting to provide a can of adblue. Not all stations have them, especially on the islands. Great week-long stay in Scotland. The van was great and suited our needs. To do again!
Il pourrait être intéressant de fournir un bidon de adblue. Toutes les stations n’en ont pas surtout sur les îles. Super séjour d’une semaine en ecosse. Le van était top et adapté à nos attentes. À refaire !

Take your time explaining check in details re van functions and deposits etc…. It was a bit rushed and communication was a little difficult. But over all pretty good. N/a Everything very good except the orange "engine problem" light that came on and major power problem on the vehicle. I did not ask for assistance because it was the day before the return.
Surprising however for a vehicle with only 20k km.
Otherwise everything else very good.

N/a Tout très bien sauf le voyant « problème moteur » orange qui s’est mis et gros problème de puissance sur le véhicule. Je n’ai pas demandé d’assistance car c’était la veille du retour.
Étonnant cependant pour un véhicule avec seulement 20k km.
Sinon tout le reste très bien.

We were sent from pillar to post by phone and finally ended up at the customer service in Portugal (we rented a camper in Scotland to be clear). Maybe a little more cleaning products and tea towels for the kitchen! Great experience, check your vehicle thoroughly and make sure you are happy with everything before you go and your trip will be pleasant! Team are always happy to help

We were satisfied with the campervan. The Indie team is very friendly.
No specific things. Vehicle works well. Driving with Ducato is really confortable. We needed to refill add blue.

The guys at the local stand were very attentive. We had some problems with the camper but they solved them remotely. Ideal for 2, or for families.

there was a broken blind, the oil sensor is too sensitive, the toilet wasn't empty, but overall the campervan was great as was the customer service!
