Good experience all round. It’s best to spend time to check everything is ok inside before you go as it’s easier to report at the time if anything isn’t quite right ie. Window blinds.

Faro depot very good and professional

We have enjoyed the van a lot, but we were quite surprised that one of the blinds and one of the stove burners were not working properly (we could only use the small burner throughout the trip). We believe they should check the campers better so that other passengers do not encounter the same issues we did once the trip has already started. Nevertheless, we had a great time and the staff that assisted us was very friendly.

Spot on! Couldn’t fault Indie Campers, from the very start to the very end. Had a slight issue, which was rectified and sorted immediately with the support team! Thanks guys for making our adventures happen.

Very friendly and efficient local staff, loved the VW California - awesome to drive, very well designed.

This was really my first time in a campervan. The pickup was seamless. The guy who was there was helpful and informative about everything that we needed. The trip also was really nice. We were able to visit many different places and saved by cooking and eating out of the camper...not all the time but some. We did have a little issue with the awning, getting it to go back in its slot but the WhatsApp assistance was perfect. Otherwise, the trip went well and we were able to stay in and enjoy some amazing places.

We had nice weeks in the camper van, a bit unfortunate that I had to pump the tire up all the time because it was slowly deflating, but other than that, a great company and good service. 👍🏻

Great trip, would highly recommend!

We collected the van on Saturday, December 21st. There were a few people waiting before us, and we felt so sorry for the lady who was doing the check-ins as she was alone and had to deal with everyone. When it was our turn to check in, she explained that a colleague had not turned up for work and she was alone having to do everything by herself. She had even worked through her lunch break. Taking all this into account, she was still very pleasant and helpful. We had a good week in the van; there were a few very minor issues but nothing major. All in all, it was a good experience. We then dropped the van off on the 28th, and the same lady was there to check us out. Again, she was very pleasant; she remembered us and checked if we had a good time. Once more, she was on her own doing everything. We asked why this was, and she said the same colleague had not turned up again. She didn’t complain and did her job brilliantly. Well done, Angela! The Faro branch should be very proud of you.

Angela was super friendly and helped us very well with returning our camper. It was a really beautiful trip. The pickup (no one on site and no service) could have been better.

We had a great month-long trip with our new 7-month-old boy. Everything went smoothly and the camper was great!
