Rajesh was awesome in his service. We only had a problem with the gas valve, which leaked and we couldn't keep it open all the time.

We very much enjoyed our trip and will likely rent again- Rajesh at the Lyon site was incredibly helpful and explained everything we needed on check in, answered all of our questions, and was great to work with. Same at check out! The van met our needs for our trip and was overall in good shape.

Really helpful and nice team in Lyon. The only difficulty is getting there. You either have to have a car or take an Uber.

Everything was great. The trip was very good. I will come back again. Just a small part of the trip when I scratched my car with the van while I was in the parking. I already have paid for the damages but I hope Indie can help me with this small mistake.

The guy I dealt with at the Lyon depot was professional and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and my Marco Polo van was immaculate. I will be highly recommending Indie Campers to my friends and family in Australia and New Zealand.

Very responsive to answer via WhatsApp when there was an issue in the middle of my rental. Checkout staff in Paris provides excellent service. The van was enjoyable to live in for 6 weeks. Thank you.

Overall satisfactory experience with Indie Campers. A few downsides regarding the condition of the camper van, which, although recent, had some defects (door handle that comes off in your hand, stuck telescopic bed, broken window supports). Cleanliness was okay, nothing more. Responsive customer service. I recommend.
