The van is really great. Even though it seems impressive with its 6m length and 3.5t weight, it drives very easily. The center in Saint-Étienne-de-Montluc is very professional and friendly. An experience to repeat without a doubt.

Atlas 5 is an excellent solution for 4 or 5 people, we had a great experience both from a mechanical perspective and regarding the internal services (kitchen, shower, seating, and beds). The local staff was very welcoming and effective. We had some difficulties with the fridge operation, which were resolved very quickly thanks to assistance via WhatsApp. The only downside: the tracks for the curtains and mosquito nets are very delicate, as are the window opening and closing systems. It would be worth having more robust systems to allow for easier and/or fully functional use during the rental. Everything else went perfectly, thank you!

Many small things did not work in the truck. Overall, it remains a good rental experience.

My non-French interlocutors had difficulty understanding the breakdown. Then I was redirected to a garage that was not qualified at all; it was a camper parts shop. I had to manage on my own with my rental, I went to Fiat to have the battery tested (it turned out to be a faulty charge sensor) and I decided to continue the trip without the help of assistance. The customer service did not contact me again to see if the problem had been resolved...

All perfect like the other time that I used Indie camper. Well done.
