Overall very nice, road service takes time, the fridge was beeping often and I didn’t know how to stop it, I finally found out how to do it by myself.

The team at check-out was a bit understaffed: only one employee, who then fell ill. In such a case, it would be nice to be informed about the procedure via email instead of having to fight through hotlines proactively. Especially since we had parked our own vehicle on the (fenced-off) premises and would not have been able to leave with it. However, all the staff were very helpful and resolved the situation well.
