Possibly offer an extension cable for power (optional)
Possibly mention the possibility of connecting the cell phone to the van (navigation/music etc.) with a USB C interface

Ofcourse there is some visible wear and tear that can be expected of a rented RV. It was all perfectly noted and documented in the contract. The vehicle was not as booked, a nomad transit, but we were offered an alternative. Indie campers whats app group was used for help whilst at the camp site and there were very responsive. Thank you!

Helpline shouldn't be an AI - you should be connected directly to a human when you have an inquiry. Antonio from Porto Pickup Center was extremely helpful and explained everything to us newbies in detail and very patiently - drank you so much!

We had a perfect trip, the people from indicampers have been so nice to us! We will have a second trip for sure!

More internal cleaning of the cabin and dishes It was our first experience in a camper.
We believe we had everything we needed, and that we received good support even on the problems we had.
But don't forget to check that everything is in order before leaving and to equip yourself with a good spirit...

Bedding was torn and dirty. Middle drawer of kitchen area faulty and flew out around the first roundabout.
Older van, but for the most part worked. The gas would not self ignite, but worked with matches.
Very responsive and they were able to help us with all our questions.

Nothing, everything was perfect. The camper van was well equipped, clean and as advertised. The communication with pick up, drop off and the indie assist team was brilliant. All in all a perfect hire thank you Indie Campervans . Brilliant service all round, great team thank you.

Outside was not very clean, so it was hard to tell if there were scratches and such already. Though if small scratches are not of concern it's all fine and dandy.
Would be good to let people know before reserving about the vehicle not having a shower. That was a bigger surprise.

Check whether everything in the camper is what should be there... There was no chair, table or toilet trays... otherwise everything was fine! Thank you for the trip. The check-out time could not be kept because the staff were not there yet. After that everything went very quickly! Thank you
Checken ob alles im Camper ist was dort sein sollte …. Es war kein Stuhl und Tisch und Tabletten für das wc da…sonst alles gut ! Danke für die Reise . Die Check out Zeit konnte nicht eingehalten werden, da die Mitarbeiter noch nicht da waren. Danach ging alles ganz schnell! Danke
