Wonderful staff at the pickup/drop-off, and the camper is well-appointed (feels like it is only missing an awning over the main door). It was incredibly easy to dump the greywater and blackwater tanks and to fill the propane and water - certainly less stressful than I'd originally imagined. Some of the latches on the drawers were loose and came open, but was a very quick fix with a screwdriver. so much fun! It was pretty well capable for the hilly and sometimes unpaved roads of the redwoods! Such a blast

Awesome experience. This was our first time van camping and just camping in general. It was exactly what we needed as first timers. We had 3 people and it did not feel crowded, we just negotiated space and by the end of the trip we had it down to a science. We kept the Murphy bed down the entire trip for extra sitting space. Heads up, the bathroom is really small but still functional for emergency nighttime uses. The staff was awesome; some went over in detail on how to operate everything, and with the solar panels on top, we were always at full power. We will definitely be using this company again in the future, and I mean really close future. I am hooked lol.

I came here last year and this experience has surpassed all of my expectations. Ab has the depot in complete order and was very helpful to provide everything I needed. Being a female solo traveler, this felt like being taken care of. THANK YOU! AND HOPEFULLY SEE YOU SOON!

Be prepared to pay a good chunk for your bond deposit, if using their basic protection plan. Outside of that, the vehicle was good enough for a rental and made for a fun trip over the 3 weeks we had it.

Loved the travel. Make sure you keep your RV battery charged in Solis Air, or you need to sleep in the cold. My RV wasn't able to hold water. Overall, great experience.

Despite some issues with our stove, the outdoor shower hose not fitting and the pop top not closing well, we managed to have a fantastic family road trip! A good experience overall. The fact that WhatsApp chat is the only available service is disconcerting as we traveled over 4,000 miles mid-winter. Fortunately, no emergencies came up.

We had a great trip from Redwood City to Big Sur. The Solis was perfect for two adults and a teen.

It was a good experience. But the kitchen kit was insufficient. We had to buy some items (glasses, plates, small spoons, bowls, big bowls, broom, hangers).

Great service/price deal. The RV drive was smooth and safe and all the appliances worked without major problems.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rental was as advertised. The only issue would be with the lack of direct contact with the site location. When trying to call the company, it directed us to a number not in the US. This is not a reflection of the excellent service we received on-site in San Francisco.
