Jorg was very helpful and patient when we ran into some issues at pick up. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted before we got on the road and never made me feel as though I was being a pain. Very satisfied with Jorg.

The online help service is impeccable! We had a flight delay, and they helped us a lot. Max was super kind, explained everything to us with a lot of patience, facilitated an online check-in, and even left us a welcome note in the camper! 🩷 They made our trip worthwhile!!

The vehicle was very clean and in great condition! Would recommend bringing a foam pad for the mattress as it is a little firm. Customer support was unresponsive when we attempted to coordinate roadside assistance.

As stated with the check-in comment, the only issue was about the quality of the interior. We were reassured this wouldn’t be an issue for us. Jorg was super friendly and helpful during our checkout, assisting with finding a taxi and giving restaurant suggestions for lunch.
