In August we rented a camper from Indie with the same features, but it seems to be a more modern model. We compared it with the current one and we missed a better system to cover the windows of the cabin, like the one the new model had, a horizontal blind type. In this one, the fabrics are not adapted to the size of the windows and the hooking systems do not fit.
On the other hand, we had an incident on a motorway in France. They entered the cabin at night, while we were sleeping. We found the two doors of the cabin ajar and the belongings that were on the seats had disappeared. They had not forced the lock, it seems as if they had the frequency of the key or the key itself. There should be a separate physical system, inside, to prevent the doors of the cabin from being opened. We had an incident with the clean water. At very low temperatures, the tank was empty and despite filling it, water was dripping down the bottom of the camper. We called the emergency phone number and left a message, as indicated. But no one contacted us. We spent two days scrubbing with water bottles, pathetic.
The guy at the local office then explained the security system to us and that the instructions for many things, like what happened to us, were in the QR code that he had already given us on the day of collection. It didn't occur to me to look at the QR code, but of course, no one answered the emergency call and it would have been very useful and nice if they had answered us knowing that it was an easy thing to solve.

En agosto alquilamos una camper de Indie con las mismas características, pero parece ser un modelo más moderno. Hemos comparado con la actual y echamos de menos un sistema mejor para tapar los cristales de la cabina, como el que tenía el modelo nuevo, tipo persiana horizontal. En este, las telas no están adecuadas a la medida de los vidrios y no acoplan los sistemas de enganche.
Por otra parte, hemos tenido u incidente en una autopista de Francia. Entraron por la noche en la cabina, estando durmiendo nosotros. Encontramos las dos puertas de la cabina entornadas y los enseres que habían en los asientos habían desaparecido. No habían forzado la cerradura, parece como si tuvieran la frecuencia de la llave o la propia llave. Debería haber un sistema físico aparte, por dentro, para impedir que se abran las puertas de la cabina. Tuvimos un incidente con las aguas limpias. A temperaturas muy bajas, el depósito se quedó vacío y pese a llenarlo, el agua caía por los bajos de la camper. Llamamos al teléfono de emergencia y dejamos el mensaje, como indicaban. Pero nadie se puso en contacto con nosotros. Estuvimos dos días fregando con botellas de agua, patético.
El chico de la oficina local nos explicó luego el sistema de seguridad y que las instrucciones de muchas cosas, como lo que nos pasó, las teníamos en el QR que ya nos indicó el día de la recogida. No se me ocurrió mirar el QR, pero desde luego, nadie contestó a la llamada de emergencia y hubiera sido muy útil y agradable que nos hubieran contestado sabiendo que era una cosa fácil de solucionar.
